CAN I PLAN MY OWN ITINERARY?

Yes! Let us know the areas of interest and places you want to visit, and we can incorporate these into your tour. We can also suggest places/attractions/activities to give you more ideas and together we can create a ‘custom’ tour for you. We have NO links with attractions, so the advice we give is is completely impartial. Our objective is to be flexible, and ensure you have a great vacation.

DOES YOUR GUIDE GIVE A COMMENTARY DURING THE TRIP?

Normally yes. However, it is your call. All visitors are different and have varying needs. Some folks are keen to have descriptions of pretty much everything, whilst other folks want it kept to a minimum. Just let us know. If you don’t specify, we will give you an informative and hopefully entertaining chat throughout the tour.

WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I PACK - IS IT COLD?

Scotland has a mild climate for most of the year. During the months of April – September the temperature varies from 50 – 80 degrees (f) so bring a waterproof jacket and sweater. Most times you will be in the comfortable air-conditioned vehicle or attraction. Let’s face it some Scottish castles can be chilly, but most times normal clothing will suffice. If you intend to take in some hiking, then obviously sensible walking boots should be packed.

CAN I ACCESS THE NET DURING THE TRIP?

All vehicles have in car WiFi and a MacBook Air laptop available should you require it.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN OR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY?

Yes to both. We have child seats and if required we have access to wheelchair carrying vehicles.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE SOLO TRAVELLERS?

CAN YOU ARRANGE GOLFING AND CAN YOU HIRE CLUBS?

Yes to both. Scotland is the home of golf, and consequently there is a fantastic choice of courses to choose from. We can arrange tee-times incorporated into your itinerary.

DOES THE DRIVER STAY IN OUR HOTEL?
